Bob has many years of Corporate Human Resources experience, including significant campus recruitment experience with Ciba-Geigy (Novartis).

Additionally, Bob has served as the President of Practical Services Corporation, a consulting firm that specialized in executive coaching, leadership and employment transition.

Bob currently serves as an adjunct at Marist College, teaching a course in career development.

He is the author of The 4 Realities Of Success During and After College, a book that shows college students, recent grads and young adults how to be more successful in college, career and life.

Bob has four young adult children who have experienced these same issues first-hand, during and after college.

His newest book, The College Student's Guide To Landing A Great Job is now available.
